Customer input: When I use the washer water comes up in the basement floor drain.

NEO findings: Any and all water usage in home was causing overflow in basement floor drain. Measured 87' from north cleanout in closet to city main.

NEO actions: Unable to clear blockage about 40' out with Flex Shaft. Hydro jetted with warthog nozzle to clear. Flushed both basement floor drains. If problem persist will run camera to diagnose any issues in lateral drain.
