There is always a story, right? We incorporated in 2020, but our start happened a long time ago. Here’s our brief history. 

The NEO Drain Cleaning story begins at an apartment complex with its fair share of drain problems. Plugged kitchen and bathroom sink drains, toilets not flushing, water backing up from outside in storms. You name it. Time after time the ‘drain experts’ came and ‘fixed’ things. Until the next time.

It finally came down to either dig up the drain line or take a different approach. Simply running a snake to poke a small hole (open the pipe) doesn’t work for long. 

A video camera revealed extreme debris accumulated along much of the main sewer line. And there was a root ball growing in the line as well. Finally, we understood the enemy we were fighting.

We tackled the problem with a very powerful high-pressure, high-volume oscillating drain jet machine. The ‘after video’ revealed a full 4 inches of unobstructed line. 

From these humble beginnings NEO Drain Cleaning LLC was born. We’ve been homeowners and on property maintenance staff for 30+ years.

Drains don’t have moving parts! You need knowledge and equipment and willingness to do hard work. For years we’ve fixed up friends and family with drain problems of all types: clogged kitchen sink drains, dishwasher not draining, toilets that won’t flush and floor drains backing up.

We grew up in a family of plumbers and earned experience in the construction trades. We had the hard-earned knowledge part covered. Bring on the equipment!

We researched the best equipment for each type of drain job. It became a hobby and a passion. Next thing you know, we’ve bought a $15,000 remote start jet machine, drain video cameras, underground line detection equipment, and a brand new van.
