Main Sewer Line – Preventive Maintenance

Customer input: Had some trouble with main drain awhile ago. Want to have it looked at again to prevent problems down the road especially with up coming winter.
NEO findings: Discussed past drain issues with customer and steps taking to correct. Talked about what NEO would do for preventative maintenance.
NEO actions: Located clean out near floor on main stack. Measured to determined lateral run was about 125’ to city main. Hydro-jetted line with multiple passes running about 80 gallons of water out 150’ well into city main sewer.
