Customer input: Clogged basement floor drain, only backs up when 2nd floor washer is used.
NEO findings: Floor drain in question had an installed plug and was slow draining. Washer drained indirectly under plug entering near top of floor drain under slab. Drain was partially blocked with lint and grease buildup from kitchen sink, only backing up when a high volume of water was being delivered from washer spin/drain cycle.
NEO actions: Drill augured drain thru floor drain out into main sewer drain line. Followed up with multiple passes with high pressure jetter and flushed 40+ gallons of high volume water from jetter hose.
