Customer input: This is the property I had the line replaced in last year. Its backed up again.
NEO findings: Main lined totally blocked. Found 8’ section of lateral holding water close to road just prior to where it transitions from Orangeburg pipe to clay.
NEO actions: Was able to Hydro-jet line open. Video camera showed standing water in a section out by road that appears to be Orangeburg pipe that was not replaced when excavated. Advised customer to contact excavator to discuss options to correct.
