Customer input: Having continuous problems with main sewer drain backups in basement. Waste is coming up from clean-out on the floor.
NEO findings: Found main sewer line in basement backed up with blockage at same area near “Y” connection in floor from a very old unused basement toilet. Floor drain downstream was open and draining fine.
NEO actions: Busted up concrete and removed old 4″ cast line along with main stack in basement to ceiling. Installed accessible clean-out in stack 18″ above floor level. Jetted line from clean-out to city main before back filling and new concrete to patch.
