Main Sewer Line

Customer input: Everything is backed up! I cant use my kitchen sink and washing machine and the toilet is gurgling at times also.

NEO findings: Basement washer and kitchen drain are tied together and run to main soil pipe and coupled to Y Fitting. Found completely clogged at Y fitting and clogged a few feet out into the main soil pipe. Found both basement floor drains in need of repair, both drains have settled creating open space between drain and bottom of cement slab. One of the floor drain lines was collapsed and full of gravel.

NEO actions: Removed coupling of secondary drain at Y and jetted line clean. Hydro-jetted from main line clean out to city main. Cleaned up waste mess and reconnected deep sink.
