Customer input: Main drain backs up. Cant unclog with plunger. Rented drain snake machine and cleared out but it has recurred.

NEO findings: Main drain completely clogged waste water inches high around floor drain.

NEO actions: Hydro-jetted from clean-out in main stack. Found and cleared blockage about 15’ out under basement slab. Jetted 120’ out into municipal drain. Cleaned floor of waste and flushed floor drain.
