Customer input: main line from beyond sink trap under kitchen floor in basement is clogged. We’ve been working on it (this is day 3) and added Draino to help but is very slow. Hubby vac’d out as much water as he could to help, but we need help! Thanks, Neal!!
NEO findings: Clogged secondary drain. Two clean outs available.
NEO actions: Found clogged line between clean outs, flushed out a couple of baby wipes. Flushed line, running good again!
