Tub/shower,sink Drain

Customer input: There are three drains in this house that need attention. The worst drain clog is the kitchen sink. Before you can finish washing your hands, the water backs up into the sink. We first did the baking soda, vinegar and hot water down the sink. Then I disassembled the pipes underneath, cleaned them then used a three foot drain snake down, reassembled and repeated the process twice. It takes maybe an hour or so for it to drain all of the way.
The bathroom tub on the first floor was backing up but baking soda and vinegar with hot water seemed to really help so not sure if that needs worked on or not. The second floor bathtub is draining slowly but has not been messed with to our knowledge.

NEO findings: Kitchen sink drain clogged almost solid near clean-out in basement and p-trap was half full of hardened grease. Unable to open old clean-out plug.

NEO actions: Used carbide saw blade and chisels to remove old clean-out plug. Snaked drain with drill and flushed out p-trap. Installed new clean-out plug. Drill snaked tub drain from overflow. Suggested replacing ABS In-Line air vent, (located behind tub and accessible thru access panel) with new. .
