Customer input: We are having trouble with both toilets flushing. We have one upstairs and one in the basement

NEO findings: Handle arm for flapper was touching tank lid not allowing flapper to open fully. Possible obstruction in upstairs toilet trap.

NEO actions: Closet Angered both toilets. Changed flush handle in basement toilet. Cleared 1st floor toilet of partial obstruction impeding flush on occasion.
