Toilet,tub/shower,main Sewer Line

Customer input: Tenant is getting water coming from the bottom of the toilet onto the floor and water then backing up into her tub. Our maintenance guy said the drain needs snaked.

NEO findings: “Flushable” wipe clog in main sewer lateral about 20′ out from foundation. Found both lower unit tub drains clogged with hair. Wax ring was shot.

NEO actions: Cleared main line of roots and flush-able wipes from stack on roof. Inside clean-out was not easily accessible, was located behind kitchen oven in the wall. Augured both tubs from overflow to clear hair clogs inline. Removed toilet and installed new wax ring.
