Customer input: Floor drain in basement and laundry room is backing up. Only causes a problem when doing laundry.
NEO findings: 4″ tile draining to the yard was full of dirt. Found a few tile displaced.
NEO actions: Dug up bad tile sections and hydro jetted line from yard to garage floor drain to open and clear line. Recommended extend pipe further away from house.
