Customer input: Locate distribution box in leach lines and possibly back wash and locate the run of leach lines.
NEO findings: Customer was able to locate and expose distribution box prior to arrival. Dbox was full of wastewater (a sign of field line clogs) which also had pumped out along with tanks. Dbox had three 4″ corrugated plastic pipes which made up his drain field.
NEO actions: Ran jetter thru each line clearing two clogs. Continued jetting entire lines to rejuvenate leach field system. Ran locator and paint traced each line along with depth measurements. Found and marked a section with considerable sagging/settling in the line farthest east. Homeowner decided to wait and monitor the entire system over time before a decision is made to repair bad section or replace all field lines with new.
