Customer input: Both toilets and floor drain are backed up.

NEO findings: Sewer system was clogged evident from high level in main clean out. Bothe toilets and floor drain backed up as well

NEO actions: Hydro jetted main line from service cleanout located on south side outside of building. Cleared clog about 100′ feet out from main. Lady’s room toilet was still flushing slow and was able to clear with hand closet auger.
