Customer observations: Toilet bowl fills to the top & does not flush down. Sink drain does not come up but does back flow & bubble up into toilet which also raises water level in toilet.
Water level in bowl eventually does go down on its own after some time.
Water has been off to toilet & tank is mostly empty.
Have plunged numerous times & have used a 6ft toilet snake with no help.
