NEO findings: From Cleanout in 236 apartment to end of later measured 133' to city main.
Found dampness/signs of mold/bubbled paint caused by completely clogged/collapsed gutter drain at south east corner of building (see pics).
NEO actions: Hydrojetted main sewer line out 150' from clean out.
Installed temporary above ground gutter drain to downspout.
