Looking to clean out the other main drain that we discussed…I have water again in the basement. Probably will need to get to the access opening in the backyard as well to make sure everything is open

NEO findings: Multiple huge trees in yard near main, roots completely backing up system. Customer has fought same problem over the years. Backyard clean-out was dry and could only be used for down stream cleaning.

NEO actions: Hydrojetted and ran video camera from both basement clean-outs to clear main lateral of roots.
