Customer input: Kitchen sink won’t drain

NEO findings: Secondary drain was still clogged after clearing trap under sink. Was unable to locate drain line entering main soil stack due to finished basement.

NEO actions: Hydro-jetted ~60′ of 1-1/2″ copper drain line clean using Zip-Drain attachments to avoid a mess.
