NEO findings: Large amount of “flush-able” wipes backed up in floor drain.
NEO actions: Jetted from clean-out clearing blockage about 20′ out. Cleaned up waste around drain and bleached floor; flushed floor drain clear. Advised landlord to discourage tenants from using wipes. They act like Velcro clinging and gathering on the walls old cast iron pipes.
