Customer input: Yard drains are backing up. In heavy rains, the drains back up and water squirts out through gaps in the downspouts. Looking to discuss the problem and for an estimate to clean them out from the house to the street (approx. 40 feet).

NEO findings: Roots in corrugated pipe about 20' out

NEO actions: Unable to jet roots clear. Located spot in yard. 2' deep. Time to dig and replace/repair.

Customer input: French drain around basement is plugged. Water is seeping through cinder block into basement. Need to have hydro jet. I have a cleanout for access. Will need approx 100ft of hose from cleanout to plugged location.

NEO findings: Unable to break thru blockage, got jetter to the point near corner where seepage is happening.
